“All things considered,” I speak at the pikachu as they start trying to clear themselves of their clothing. “this is entirely your own fault for this situation. I mean, you really need to be able to assess the strength of your opponents, especially now. As if you decide to pick a fight with something stronger than you, then you may end up finding yourself stuck in your form. I mean, honestly. Even if you thought you could have taken me on with a type advantage, the moment that I took out your strongest pokemon in two hits you should have realized you were in over your head and left, not throw things even weaker at me.”

The pikachu stares at me accusingly and his half pouting, “well you didn’t have to bite me. If you didn’t bite me I’d’ve been fine.”

“Yeah, it don’t work like that. Part of the condition, I’m afraid. You beat a trainer in a fight, you will be compelled to bite them. You’ll also be compelled to stare at the moon every full moon and stare at the sun the following morning. And these compulsions will stay with you until you become pregnant or some other trainer catches you.”
