Little Kiki has already got used to the new house and made friends with my older cats♥ Today her stitches were removed and she feels great!
That's where the good news ends. There are still wars outside the window and things haven't been going very well lately. Every day we have an air alert for 6-8 times. Also, my city and many others are constantly being subjected to missile strikes. Yesterday they hit a shopping center in Kremenchug, where there were a lot of people....so many dead. Please do not turn a blind eye to russia's crimes.
I was very nervous because of this news and my eyes started to hurt a lot again, I hope I will get back to normal quickly, because I need to finish a few commissions, after which I want to take a little rest. I worked all month seven days a week, I'm glad because I was able to help many shelters, volunteers and homeless animals. So I'm going to get some rest and get back to work!
And I pray that my house is not blown up, because now I take care of 3 cats and a guinea pig இ௰இ
Thank you ♥

I read the international news about the war, but even I lost track of everything that was getting hit over the last few days, it has become a blur of "everything that has been getting hit regularly" (like Kharkiv and Mykolaiv and Odesa) plus places like Kyiv and Dnipro, PLUS places like Kremenchuk https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kreme.....ng_mall_attack (I tried to write something a bit sadly humorous about that over here). I also read that the mayor of Mykolaiv has urged residents of the city to leave, and I put a Note about it on the Southern Ukraine Journal.
I can guess approximately how bad Odesa has been getting hit by watching your Scraps, perhaps I'll call that the Viskasunometer (sorry, I'm going to need to work on my humor some more for your next scrap sketch).
Is it just my imagination or do I notice a distinct dearth of Russians offering comfort and condolences to Ukrainian artists who are suffering from what the Russian military is doing? Perhaps they are just shy and are offering their sympathies in private Notes instead of publicly commenting on artworks and Journals.

Unfortunately, there are very few Russians who support Ukrainians. I have not yet met any big author who would openly talk about everything that is happening. Many pretend that it does not concern them, they do not care as long as the rockets are not flying over their homes... Some of my Russian friends support me with words, but they can't do anything else, it can be dangerous..
They are afraid that they may lose a good job or money because of the words of truth, while Ukrainians are dying under shelling. This is a terrible hypocrisy that I cannot accept
Everything that happens is terrible (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)

I am receptive to ideas, thoughts and suggestions about what Russians can do to help, see the "HOW YOU CAN HELP!" section found in https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/10230885/
According to the news Russia is now throwing "the kitchen sink" or Kh-22 (NATO reporting name: AS-4 'Kitchen') anti-ship missiles at Odesa too and they've been hitting apartment buildings and other civilian targets (with quite a few deaths, including a child). Does some Russian admiral think Odesa is a ship that can be sunk with anti-ship missiles? I hope Russia runs out of old soviet-era missiles soon and has to resort to throwing spit-wads.
In happier news, I read that Russian forces have retreated (under heavy fire) from Snake Island "as a goodwill gesture" (according to the Russian statement about the event), so Odesa might be a bit safer now. I am looking forward to seeing more such "goodwill gestures" in the future.

They believe that we have military and foreign mercenaries hiding in every house...
I live in a quiet residential area, there is no military infrastructure, but I am afraid that numerous schools may become the target (;′⌒`)
They escaped from the island, and then they hit it with missiles again! I've never seen so many lies before.

Uh, well, don't you have, uh, Corporal Kiki of the, uh, First Disabled Kitten Division, living at your house. According to 2022 Russian military logic that's probably good enough reason to lob a couple of cold war era aircraft carrier killer anti-ship missiles at your house... assuming the Russian military can actually aim those ancient things at something so specific as an individual house and aren't just firing them into cities (where their terminal area radar guidance locks onto buildings at random) to try to terrorize the populace into submission. That would remind me of the Nazi V-weapons tactics of WWII. Sometimes this feels more like the 1940's than the 2020's. Assuming Russia really is using Kh-22 'Kitchen' missiles that hit shopping malls in Kremenchuk and residential buildings in Odesa, I would really like to see someone have to explain the decision to attack cities with cold war anti-ship missiles at a war crimes trial.
