I imagine that Fred found an abandoned bungee cord on a cliff, left behind by some hikers/adventurers. He took it to Steve and asked what he could do with it. Steve told him what bungee cords are used for and Fred became stoked on trying it out. So Steve let him try bungee jumping a couple of times before Fred had a better idea - and that was to have Steve fly in the air and have himself connected to Steve, so he can create an almost infinite bungee loop. You get what I mean? If not, watch the video above. Either way - up and down, up and down, over and over again, and Fred absolutely LOVES it! And Steve feels good about seeing Fred enjoy himself over and over again, be it while flying, skydiving, or have him ricochet up and down while tied with a bungee cord to his body. Hope you like the idea. :)
Also, this is the first time I've drawn Steve flying. About time.
