I personally enjoy using it responsibly before bedtime, or during a calming spa-day at home. there are no trigger installations in the file itself, but we do use the GOOD WOLF trigger and whisper tracks to make you feel extra tingly and good during your zone out, as well as whispers of deep sleep and relaxation, so please be aware that you may experience more enjoyment if you have the goode wolfe installed. It's not required, however.
