Floatzel, the Sea Weasel Pokemorph

Born as Buizel, raised in Pastoria City by Crasher Wake, the Gym Leader
of Pastoria City to be renowned as the pride of Pastoria. Buizel has an unusual
Ice Type power that enables him to flash-freeze any Water Type attacks he uses,
which are his Hydrokinetic and Cryokinetic powers he developed while training.
Buizel traveled to Jubilife City to visit the Trainer School, where he meets Shinx,
Chimchar, Starly, Turtwig, Piplup, Buneary, Machop, Abra, Pikachu, and others.
Since setting out on an adventure across the Sinnoh region, he eventually evolved
into Floatzel, and managed to perfect his Water and Ice Type skills and abilities.

Floatzel represents one of the Sinnoh Gym Badges of Pastoria City, the Fen Badge,
which he is renowned for his Water and Ice Type attacks that made him one of the
chosen Pokemorphs alongside Lucario, Infernape, Luxray, Lopunny, Glameow, Grotle,
Glaceon, Leafeon, Staraptor, Gabite, and Hippowdon.
