Pokétitan: Titan the Charizard

This is Titan, he was once one of the most fearsome Pokemon to ever live. Powerful and deadly in all regards. He won nearly every battle he was in through nothing more than his fearsome might. Stories of his terror spread to nearly every corner of the region. All were afraid of the beast.

But that all changed one day. The mighty king eventually met his match in a Pokemon battle against another wild Pokemon. A water type to be exact. The Charizard ended up sustaining several heavy injuries and passed out alone in the forest. All the other Pokemon too afraid to come near him. But that would soon change.

A young child, just setting out on his Pokemon journey with nothing more than his camping supplies and a positive attitude just so happened to be passing by the forest where the fearsome Charizard lived. Spotting the injured beast he rushed to his side to deliver first aid.

Titan was of course not too happy about this. The proud king of the forest recoiling from the thought of having such a weaker creature than himself take pity on him. A human of all things! But he had to face the facts. There was no way he could walk this off. For the first time in a long time, he watched the simple act of kindness given to him by the innocent child. From there, Titan made a promise to himself; to become this child's first Pokemon partner and aid him along his journey. He owed him that for saving his life.

The two had many fun adventures, Titan's stoic and serious attitude eventually mellowing out over the months as he came to care more and more for his young trainer, Arthur. Even adopting a fatherly role at times to him. Titan learning to care not only for himself, but learning to help and support those who were smaller and can't protect themselves, both Pokemon and humans alike.

Eventually, during one of their earliest adventures, Titan ate a few berries that (unbeknownst to him) had been experimented on by Team Rocket to enhance their Pokemon and make them more powerful. But their lab had yielded no results when tested, causing them to carelessly toss the berries away, thinking that the experiment was a failure. But when Titan ate the mutated berry he gained the ability to not only talk, but change the size of himself at will. Now being able to become a titan in a literal sense.

He still maintains his kind and caring attitude when he's supersized, though he does like to tease and play around with all the extremely tiny Humans and Pokemon.

Here, Arthur went into a city to restock on supplies for the upcoming journey. Titan, who was watching the camp, was starting to get bored waiting for him to get back so he decided he'd have a little fun. He continued to grow until his head broke through the clouds above. Looming above the entire landscape, the colossal Charizard walked over to where the city his tiny little trainer was visiting, reached down, and gently plucked up the entire city. He mighty hand effortlessly tearing though the earth like it was nothing more than butter.

Arthur looked around in shock as the world around him quaked rhythmically, skyscrapers trembled as he had his back towards the giant walking towards the city. He held onto a nearby lamp poll as the entire city shook while Titan scooped up the city in his palm. The sky darkened as a shadow loomed over the city. The young trainer stared up as the sky was blocked by a gigantic eye peering down at the little city with a gentle stare.

"T-T-Titan?!" He exclaimed in shock as he gazed up at the giant Charizard

Titan chuckled warmly as he looked down at the miniature city in his grasp "Hey down there kiddo! How's the trip going?" he asked jokingly in his strong, deep voice.

Amusement was plastered all over the fire type's face as he made out the dumbstruck expression on his tiny trainer. But shifting his focus for a second, he eyed up all the speck sized humans in the city looking up at the titan fearfully.

"Don't worry little guys, I'm not here to cause trouble." Titan boomed with a good-natured smile "Consider me a temporary tourist until the little man is done with his shopping,"

The colossal Charizard let out a thunderous laugh as he stomped over to a clear area and sat down, the world trembling under him as he leisurely reclined back "Have fun down there little guys! you'll be spending some quality time with the King! Oh, and kiddo? Let me know when you're done shopping so I can pick you up," Titan chuckled as he relaxed, the city resting comfortably in his palm.

Personality

Titan is usually stoic and stern most of the time. He is usually one of few words but has a great deal of wisdom from years of battle and life experience. If you were to approach him for the first time he would probably be a little cold towards you, as he tends to be towards new people and Pokemon. But if you give it some time then then he will warm up to you and become a great friend. He’s fiercely loyal to his loved ones and will always try to keep them safe or guide them the best he can. Titan is an alpha pokemon so he has more of a dominant personality to him, fitting because at one point he was the undisputed king of a forest because of how mighty his fighting ability and power was. This can especially be seen when he is a giant. He usually tends to mess around when he’s huge. Whether it’s through teasing a city by stepping down a little too close to it, bench press a nearby mountain, or generally showing off, like a supersized fire type move or how strong he is though years of working out. Though he does take great care to make sure he never hurts anyone. After spending time with his trainer Arthur he has learned to mellow out a bit and has become much more friendly.
