Bug netting to keep em away!

I have nets on the windows, they still somehow get inside.

You need better bug nets on the window frames. but maybe they get inside from the door.

they made days at campus a living hell, i remember how my walls at a certain point were littered witg black and red smudges

if you keep a mint plant around your bed the mosquitoes will leave you alone because they hate the stuff. another thing you can do if you're not offended by smelling like a mountain man, you can rub kerosene on your skin before going to bed and the mosquitoes won't go near you because the kerosene burns their senses. you can also eat more garlic. I worked next to a bog and lived in the country next to a river as a kid and these tips were what worked best for me.

one of my apartments was like this too, i used a combo of Mosquito netting suspended and framed over the bed itself like a tent, and i had a UV bug zapper light in the living room too, running all night until the apartment manager fixed the gaps in the window frames
