It appears the art differed between seasons with that show, from certain colors to outright character designs. I once had found an artist who detailed all of them but I couldn't find it again. I used references from an episode the commissioner pointed me toward. In that episode (and presumably that season, as another episode with similar art proved), Silverweed and Fiver had yellow eyes.
I have a mixed attitude towards season 3 art.
I like Silverweed and Strawberry better in season 3, but Bigwig looks ridiculous. I don't like mangled Campion, but Woundwort looks more realistic and more menacing in season 3...not that he didn't look awesome in seasons 1 and 2.
