It could be in a mocking way. The Guardians and all who are opposition to chaos would refer to it that way.
Like if I hated the color red more than anything and said it's "the worst color ever", but then wore red. Someone teasing me could say, "the worst color in the world looks good on you!"

Regardless of whether it's a shame that that Guardian jackalope is a minions of Chaos now, or tainted with Chaos I guess, I don't know, I must say that he looks very cool with that new look. However, that raises a question about this, if receiving the power of Chaos in this way causes one to receive new clothes, as well as a new look as well, why is Rah'Jan walking around in rags?

he wasn't lying that's quite the "glow up" as they say (in more than one way since he's now actually glowing )!
also I like how much fun Rahjan seems to be having giving him a makeover, as someone who has a sona' with...uh...similar proclivities I can definitely identify with his feelings 😅

I've been thinking.
He looks pleased with the outcome very much. Like it is a great accomplishment I get it. The fact that he just converted a great foe to a great aset. BUT! Judging from the other people subjected to his "care" now I feel that the "taint of chaos" works like a bit of a wild card. So he can be happy he did not end up with a few open ribs and extra limbs and other fun extra body parts like the rest of the people here. Befitting to chaos taint actually.
I wonder if it has to do something with the little convincing we witnessed just before?

It may be more then that. If this is the same character as was in the comic helping Luna with an infant earlier on Chaos may have stripped her of someone she directly cares about or someone who is effectively in her inner circle. As for the mutations yeah based on the crowd in that village he's lucky...for now. He may end up more and more mutated as time goes on.
