I made a copy of the "luminescent" layer and then I blurred that copy using the gaussian filter and making the outlines around it white to make it look glowy

Thanks! Sure but I'm not sure when I'm going to open up for trades again, I'll most likely post a journal though when I decide to take trades again :)
