Another day in the life for this poor, sweet otter. She seems to run into these clothing issues quite a bit! But she looks so cute, if completely flustered at the moment, and it's a gorgeous image all around. I like the silhouettes of the other park goers around her, and the little city skyline in the distance. It's a really nice bit of world-building, I think. Her little whiskers are adorable, too, and you've done a fantastic job with this all around!
