People stay for other reasons like schedules etc, or sometimes it's legitmently the fear of the unknown.
When a person is at this point they usually lack the energy at the end of the day to even look for another job due to being in a cycle.
It's also increasingly hard to think when your dealing with mental problems as it is.
I've had friends in this situation and it's absolutely terrible to see.
I myself literally had to go on med leave for a job in order to put myself back togeather in order to find another job.
We can never assume something is easy because of the multitude of micro factors at play.
God I love this comic.

I actually know plenty of people who can't find minimum wage jobs that easily, especially not withing a week, plus going from one minimum wage job to the next doesn't seem to fix the problem because, in Carolinas case, It wouldn't be more than a change of the tapestry, I think?
ah
i suppose my implicit question, here, is why would carolina not have (easy) access to a taco?
(with a sequentially-following corollary, for you of, ...and would you be, at some point, explaining this for us at some point in your story mykros?
{possibly one of my many rhetoricals: as, sometimes, even the answer for that may be considered a "spoiler" for the likes of me})

i suppose, what my implicit question being posed, here, is: why would carolina not have (easy) access to a taco?
(with the naturally-following corollary, for you, then being ...and would you, at some point in your story, be squaring away for us this anomaly-in-circumstance, mykros?
{these, however, comprising two of what, in the end, may wind up being only ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ข-๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ since, at times, the answers for even these curiousities might, for someone the-likes-of me, count as "spoilers"})
(let's pretend i was drunk โ when i first wrote that, back on the 23rd)
you goofball
that's why i (platonically) love ya
i'm going to predict that, in about 37 months, you're going to have carolina in the background of some scene, eating a taco
with no ceremony / attention brought to this
and i'm not gonna say anything either..
