the past few sessions, sal has been a little less than cooperative, believing to a small but growing degree that the sessions are a waste of time. her therapist confronts her on this and asks her to think out loud about what the purpose of their sessions are, and the end goal of them. sal thinks out loud an appeals to her own reason in order to get the correct answer. her therapist is pleased by her response and earnestly tells her that he is trying to help her and not waste her time.

(canceled as not only was i swamped with backlogged art at the time, but i think this would be a little out of character. based of previous interactions between these characters, sal is taking her cognitive therapy very seriously and is open minded and eager to learn. this art piece is in contrast with that.)
