This is how I spend most of my life. I'm on autopilot and when I come to it feels like I was watching myself from above. It's just just simple tasks either. I'll talk to customers and organize things at work and when I'm forced back to reality from running over my toes or someone calling for me I get that odd same odd feeling depicted here. When I was in the military I would be gone a full hour while marching in full gear and in step with everyone else and be in a completely new place when I came to.

It all feels so fake. People drinking horse paste, rampant facism, end of the world just being ignored. I feel like it has to all be fake. That maybe if I just zone out enough I can find a place that's actually real.
