Unfortunately, the sensation of being cold is rather short-lived. Already I can feel my inner furnace beginning to kick into gear to regulate my body temperature. Having shed off all my clothes I go ahead and adopt my normal walking stance, though this body doesn’t really make it feel at all natural yet. But with my tails almost fully grown in I wave a couple at Maria again before going about stretching out the remainder of his human form. He’s definitely been taking a lot better care of himself over the past few months. There is a slight difference from going from a non-athlete’s body into my own and an athlete’s body. I half wonder if it’s the nature of this condition for a second but I then shake my head quickly. This is not the time to get lost in thought. I’ve been given a task to help bring Maria out of her recent funk and I intend on doing so, the question is mostly what would be the best way to go about it. I can see the medal she’s wearing around her neck, one she’s clearly both proud of and ashamed of. To get so close to winning it all then losing with a type advantage.
