I did have a background for this but it took away from the coloring I put on Rokko.

When I comes to Rokko and hair...his whole head and ears are fuzzy, quite thick. The rest of his body is like a short haired-semi bald cat. His arms and legs are fuzzier. Hair like facial hair or pubic hair are just a different coarseness but don't add or detract from the over all fuzzyness. 8Horns said it best it's like petting a seal...least it's the only explanation I have for what they feel like, that doesn't feel like fur or human flesh.
