Alita Inoue is an near-ordinary Arctic Fox. Living on the snowy peak of Mount Kahi'ili, a long dormant volcanic crater on the northern side of the Kahi'ili Isles, she travels into the nearby town of Riorythe to visit the clubs and shops the town offers. At a young age, Alita was experimented on by a couple of wackadoodle scientists who used their greed to make her the ultimate assassin. The experiments they did on her caused alterations to her DNA, resulting in the blue hues in her fur, the heterochromia in her eyes, and the discoloration in her skin. She doesn't mind how she appears, and uses her retained knowledge and power to live peacefully amongst Kahi'ili's residents, often seeking jobs and small favors for monetary gain.
