Sometimes you just get scarred so hard by surviving get hit with a crystal to face that said crystal that hit you is just now embedded in your face AS the scar. (Just for context, what happened here is that curiosity of a crashing meteor "killed the cat" in a sense as the crystal that's now the scar shown here basically got launched from the meteor's impact resulting in the crystal scar.)
