The story goes that Richard was on a boat during an exploration to some unknown islands for a sort of vacation…only when his boat was damaged did he had to come ashore on one of the bigger islands to search for repair materials. Little did he realize he’d meet another raichu completely different from the ones he knows back home. Seems she’s not really good at interaction quite yet, but it seems she may have fallen for the Raichu in a business suit with an axe-shaped tail.

(Kinda tempted to name her Lilly since I couldn’t stop thinking of putting a river lily on her head instead of that hibiscus flower.)
