We begin moving again and Maria looks partly lost in thought. Eventually I see something along the road and once we get a bit closer recognize it as a drinking fountain that’s been set aside in the local park. I hadn’t even realized that we were heading in this location, but it should still provide decent opportunity for play and training. But I am a bit thirsty from the exertion so I walk forward to it and wonder how best it would be for me to get at the water.

“Over here,” Maria says, walking to the other side.

I head over there and take a look. There seems to be a nozzle sticking out of the bottom of the main fountain and a wheel near it, as well as a few panels on the ground that look different than the rest of the concrete ones.

“I could probably use it like a human, but these are built differently. Surprised Master never realized this. You turn this to face the direction you want and then push one of the panels that you can. Bigger needs more weight, so go with the smallest you can fit. It’ll then spray out some water.”

“Neat,” I comment in response.
