In TGTF theres a number of different reactions depending on the commissioner and the artist. They can range from a Demasculation fetish leading to joy or panic in the male who is still a male in a woman's body, to becoming euphoric due to being a transwoman (be that still "unhatched" or fully open about it). Sometimes it's done consensually, sometimes it's done unwillingly. Sometimes its focusing on humiliation, other times focusing on growth and exploration. As the fandom grows to be more varied and diverse in identities, as does the genre of transformation and what folk get out of it :D
But yes the "Tee hee i got my own boobies" reaction was definitely more common (though honestly from my experience being panicked or horrorfied to be female suddenly tends to be the more common form) and Male to Female tends to be more popular than Female to Male, irregardless of if its for fetish or just for exploration of concepts.
Sorry if this was a bit of a long post i get a little passionate talking about these kinds of things haha

That last panel is just ambiguous enough.
Will Kas panic? Will they embrace they have access to new side of things. Maybe find some fun in the fact?
I mean no one other then Kas's circle know about their gender. Might be the time to do some learning an d embrace some fun.
Oooh, simply can't wait.

Hullo again! I'm back again to remind you that there's a place called "Top Web Comics" https://www.topwebcomics.com/?home=3 that compiles comics from various places. There's a bunch of cool stuff there. They have monthly votes, so you can support OOPs there. You can vote once a day per device, so your PC, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
I've noticed that you can sometimes even get in extra votes from different IP addresses, or if you're disconnected from your IP and open up again later.
Oops closed out last month at I think 56th place and around 900 votes. It's currently at 618 votes and 53rd place. The top vote getters seem to end up with something close to 20,000 votes.
Vote early, vote often! Help OOPs get noticed!

I think the thing many forget is this isn't the first time the realization of things came to mind... Like getting thrown in the air so she could begin giving the reports she was suppose to.
Maybe a small talk with Vizlet is in order? OR maybe Lopin. We shall see and I'm very curious

I wonder, was that a moment of surprise that such comments are taken more easily in stride, now? Or is it more that the transformation takes longer to effect the mind than the body, and "he" is finally starting to actually identify as female? I can see that as being a disturbing thought in a world where transgender folks would likely be very, very secretive about it, if they even realize what that nagging wrongness they feel all the time actually was.
Either that or the last part of this: https://youtu.be/_eRowoKG71g?t=3
Awesome scene, adorable Kass realization. ^^ <3
I'm so curious though if they'll make the 'natural mistake' of accidentally blocking Yannit's breathing orifices, located along her sides rather than her mouth, and Yannit will be all cutely trying to hide this fact not wanting to seem ungrateful. ^^
I think they'll come up with something sort of 'bottomless' similar to the drapes the Baxxid wear in that since Yannit has a semi-crawling quality to her stance it wouldn't be much use covering her underside for it to just get quickly worn away. Not saying she's dragging herself along like a Baxxid just that compared to a human stance there is way more surface area to consider beneath her.
Even funnier though if she ends up in a similar situation to Isher, where Yannit has a sort of spiky intentionally intimidating uniform. >:3

Maybe i am wrong, but Kass realizing being a girl maybe is connected with the previous pages where the former Human was guessing about what usefull stuff can doing that new body.
Maybe the mention of Kass being a girl, just make the former Human suddenly remember how Yinglet are a matriarchal society. Unable to being useful with physical works anymore, perhaps Kass now finally understand how that body being female make for a good candidate for diplomatic stuff.
Or maybe i am just thinking this too much.
Also, sorry for my bad english.

Looks like Kass's eyes are seeing into the future in that last panel. Can we expect a positive realization here?
Kupochu's comment got me thinking. Kass is trying to take advantage of his roll/rank in Ivenmoth; it makes me wonder what he'll do at the enclave, and if he'll behave different. I don't think Kass will try and overthrow Vizlet as matriarch or anything too extreme, but he theroetically could become one with his intelligence. He might wonder what power he has over there, if any.

And so it was that at this moment, that the full realization of the reality of her new life with this body, that the old one and the man she had been and clung to as a core of her identity was truly over and done with, never being able to go back to, finally smacked her solidly in the head and sunk in.
It could very well be said that this is the moment when the final embers of old Kassen Akoll the man and House Ivenmoth soldier flickered out and died, and those of Kass the female Yinglet and diplomat of House Ivenmoth flared and roared fully to life.

Kass, as his reality in this world is as it is now, has clearly got to come to terms with his world as it presently exists.
But considering that his transformation as is posited in this world has been based in a scientific reality outside of magic, and thus that he could eventually still be returned to his former self and human form at some point, his doing so is still at least a possible eventuality.
Even if it seems unlikely at this point, he would still have to come to terms with all of that, as well as his present form.
This is a reality that still potentially exists even if it would potentially destroy the dramatic arc of this comic as it has been evidenced thus far. Hmmm...

I find it very interesting that a lot of the questions raised by myself and others here as to Kass's changing state of mind and coming to terms with this new body and existence, which are really commonplace questions raised with shapeshifters and of those characters who were transformed, were subsequently answered in the page after this one.
I follow this comic, and I have saved a backup of each page in it. Many tg/tf tales simply do a sequence and leave it there. For many things that’s enough, however I really love to see you fleshing what’s happening to Kass.
Its moments like this where a character becomes aware of a mental shift that I find rarely depicted. Kudos to you for taking the time so it has this effect. We really get a sense of Kass becoming aware of this aspect of what’s happening.
The artwork is great as usual. Looking forward to seeing more installments.
