made Indie a fire variant because I thought it'd be neater if he had his own gimmick. inspired loosely on the gengar shiny being kinda closer to blue, a number of ghost legends that describe feeling burning sensations and that blue fire usually means it's an even hotter chemical-fire so it felt like a believable divergence from poison.
also I thought it'd be funny if people assumed Vi was the older sib only because she evolved
