It's been ages since I've drawn this sweetheart; I think as early as... hell, 2015, I think. Dusty Dunes ("Yes, that's my real name, don't ask why"), adopted daughter of the Dragon (relax, she was 18 when she was taken in), and under the name of "the Scope", a member of the Protectors and alternate leader of the team known as the Night Watch. Dusty's a spunky little poodle with a playful streak and supernaturally keen eyes. Infrared, ultraviolet, X-ray to the point of even being able to instinctively switch to seeing through her own eyelids when she blinks, micro-vision, telescopic vision, speed-reading, "tracer vision" to help with her already uncanny agility (an unusual sort of unconscious motion prediction manifesting as mentally-marked "glows", sort of like when an item glows during a video game to let you know to go for it), "reflector vision" (catching tiny reflections in things like glass or even tiny water droplets to essentially get views of a location she otherwise could not, sometimes even to the point of a total 360 degree field of view), even seeing the abilities of others by seeing the differences in their bio-energy. She even, half-jokingly, likes to claim that how she gets her "daily dose of literature" is by lying on the grass and looking up at planes to see whatever passengers are reading.

She's also dating the male brother of the telepathic Twins, and so both know how best to titilate the other when they come home to their little student apartment after a long hard day of studies or patrolling~ It can be quite hard to come up with new ways for lovers to surprise each other when one's a psychic and the other can see through anything but lead, so instead, they take it up to the extreme, finding joy in the little things that stimulate all their other senses; a hot shower, a massage with scented oils, a movie night with buttered popcorn... take a wild guess which one Dusty's angling for~


This was mostly just a for-fun thing to get back in the zone after a long week (and it's only Wednesday... oi...). All in all, I'm glad how it turned out, and I'm glad I didn't cheap out too much on the background.
