Oh boy, looks like Melee did something to annoy Sharon and she's not happy about it! Whatever it was that transpired, I'm sure Melee didn't mean to do it and no doubt Sharon will forgive him for it... eventually. But before that happens, she's going to make sure her friend sweats it out for awhile first.

Came across this scaly artist earlier this year and really liked his work - so much so that I had to try and get something of my own when he opened commissions, and felt a small interaction between my characters would work well. Interesting to note is that when he sent me the finished product, I was given two versions of the still pic - one where Melee's eyes were open and another where they were closed, as the artist rather liked how the latter turned out and thought I might feel the same way (I did). I still have the "eyes open" version, though, and I'll gladly upload it if anyone wants to really see it.

Also, I just want to say that I really like some of the small details the artist did here, like how he did the frontal section of Melee's armor, how Sharon's belt was drawn, and how he drew actual braids in her hair - a lot of artists I've dealt with in the past tend to simplify that last one by drawing straight locks and adding lines to simulate the look of braids, so I really appreciate seeing them drawn with bumpy outlines like actual braided locks. I think the pic looks really good! And hopefully anyone reading this will feel the same way!
