It was only a matter of time before one of them went down. The Scyther, having a type disadvantage against me and likely having been a bit injured beforehand as it was one of the two originally out is the first one down. And all without them scoring a single hit on us just yet. But that means only twenty-three more to go, and more likely the one they pick is going to be better suited to be used against us. The member of team Rocket looks pensive for a moment before throwing another ball. I have to juke around the Ursaring for a moment to make sure I don’t get hit but it seems to have resolved into a Dodrio, a pokemon that has no advantage against either of us, meaning they likely don’t have any. And that’s good for us.

Maria attacks the newcomer immediately, seeing them as the weaker threat. Though I start to notice that there is a distinct problem with how we’ve set each other up. We’ve surrounded the four pokemon as best we can with only two people, meaning that we can always hit someone on their side from behind but they cannot do the same to us. And considering the placement, it seems that the Rocket members are determined to make it into two separate two vs ones.
