“So what, going to capture me as well while you’re here?” I demand, adopting a more defensive stance now that I’ve finally managed to stand up all the way.

“No,” the Lucario says, his back turned completely to me as he’s facing only the Rocket members and their pokemon. “There is no bounty on you. So I have nothing to gain by going after you other than the enjoyment of it. I know now that I could never beat you at your best. You’re just that far out of my league. And I have standards. I could never sleep at night knowing I took advantage of someone who I was only able to do so because they stuck their neck out doing the right thing. It goes against everything I believe in and I could never live with myself if I did something so abhorrent. Those Rocket members, however, completely different situation. Absolutely no qualms about enjoying myself with them.”

“If an egg is conceived, the form becomes locked,” I inform.

“Ah, well. Three bounties are still more than enough for awhile. But don’t concern yourself with me. At least not tonight. We have far more pressing concerns right now, namely in those three remaining Rocket members.”
