Being a Grphon, Toulia sometimes enjoys sleeping with Hazard snuggled up almost on top of her. Hazard is happy to oblige, his wings firmly wrapped around her. Being cold blooded and with large wings, Hazard can easily adjust his body temperature to suit what she wants. At first, she had to wake him to ask him to adjust his temperature. Now that they have been together so long, he recognizes her voice even when asleep and will adjust his body temperature and even adjust his wings and sleeping posture as she wants. His wing membrane is so light and smooth against her body. They are living blankets that she absolutely loves. During the summer, they sleep with just his wings covering her. In winter, they have heavy blankets on top to keep them both warm.

The one thing Hazard won't do while asleep is let Toulia leave his embrace. Toulia loves it. Her sleeping dragon will grab and hold her tight, with hands, wings, and even tail, if she tries to get up during the night. Being part feline, she enjoys a little rough playfulness and will gently struggle against him for a bit. Once she has had her fun, she softly wakes him up so she can leave. Hazard is back asleep almost instantly after she leaves and he eagerly pulls her back under his wing once she returns.
