Another gorgeous piece from Erickiwi! If you've never commissioned her before please do check her out! She's a pleasure to work with and has the most adorable lively style! :D
I came to her with the idea of Penelope wandering around a cartoonishly colored landscape with a cheery background, kind of a wonderland vibe, and she came back to me with a mixture of Alice and the White Rabbit themes and it's so cool! There's also a bit of a few recurring friends from previous commissions, Ducky specifically making a return here ♥
I really love the energy and pose from this piece! There's so much STUFF in this it's so fun! I really like that she has a rattle, and I can only imagine the basket is full of other plushies XD The background being colored in crayon style is such a cute touch, but gosh do I love the details on the dress, the ruffles and GIANT BOW especially! I've always thought light blue was a darling color on her too ^.^
It has been a while since I got something from her, she's gotten so powerful! She's always so good at making her look so cute! The coloring and shading here is fantastic! Her hair looks so SHINY! I also really like how small and twiggy she is here, noodly limbs has always been such a cute look for her ^.^
