I remember reading this the first time, and I thought it was a good story with only one little thing that I didn't like about it. I just never could accept how callus the parents treated their kid, completly ignoring her protests. Other than that little bit though, the story was great.

Well, I wanted this to not be taken entirely seriously. I thought it was funny that they're selling their kid to be eaten, but they're acting in a way as if they're just sigining her up for violin lessons or taking her to the dentist or something. Suggesting that in this world, being eaten is something that happens so often it's no big deal.

Yeah, I got that much after reading it through, it's just it seems that the person most involved, the kid, should at least have *some* say in the matter. Lance did balance it out though I suppose. Even if her parents didn't seem to care about what she felt about it, he most decidedly did.

*shrugs* It's an odd little story I wrote in one night that's really sposto be pawed off to instead of thought about. I think what happened is that I wa originally going to write it purely silly, but Shanaand Lance insisted I give them more depth (as my characters often do).

Hmm, I wonder if those that don't write will ever truely realise how little control those who do write actually have over what they write?

I like it too, but i think that the way her parents really didn't care really was a (bad/good?)twist for me. That part i cant really get over. I find it Sad but Fun(nny?) at the same time. Its really well thought out and impressive. all in all i liked it as a whole story ^.^

Awwww! Thank you very much. I believe firmly that you can't expect an audience to care about your characters unless you truly love them yourself. And too, there is always room in a story, even a yiff-fest, for a little brainfood. :)

loved this storyremember reading it on yiffstar years ago you see.... i really did like it but sadly it bothered be for a few weeks i never understood why maybe it was the fact how easily her perents sold her off i guess. to me it was depressing but bittersweet. even now i am thinking of rereading it but not wanting to go through those feelings once more hehe. keep up the great work hun.
