The problem with bubble vents

They might seem pretty useful, those cracks that release air underwater, but they're really more trouble than they're worth sometimes. They always take their sweet time making bubbles big enough for inhaling them to matter, and just one won't be enough to fully refresh your lungs, so you gotta sit there gulping them down for a while before you're ready to go. And all that assumes you can even FIND one of the damn things, AND that it's actually air that it releases!
