It's Bombar's first time underwater, he's not really sure what to think of it yet. He's gotta take it fairly slow, jetting around uses the air in his lungs, and going at full speed would drain them completely in just a few seconds.
i swear to god thats a shoe i tried my best and it still looks like something else
