Dr. Camilla Caulfield.
Enlisted by the US Military to extract the Gene Splicer serum from one of its two "victims", Camilla's greed made itself known. She attempted to steal the serum for financial gain, scapegoat her hubby and screw both the Military and the thieving Blue Devil organization secretly backing her. Unable to accept the reality that she's not as smart as she thinks she is, Camilla's backers easily found out her scheme and left her for dead. However, she used her own personal modified sample of the serum to get revenge on all she blames for her own failures.
