Back when I did art jams, I set up a Usagi Yojimbo one, and most people didn't even know who he was. BLASPHEMY. There should be another art jam for him, because fanart is so scarce. >:

Basically an art jam is when several artists interpret the same theme. It can be official, held in a community, or with a group of friends. I've seen comic artists and artist friends on DA do art jams. Harvey James on LJ did a pick a cat, draw a girl art jam recently.

I used to do them on this account, when I wasn't using it exclusively. It was alot of fun, the Usagi one was my last one, and no one entered because no one knew who he was. Then I just got too busy to hold them again. But quite a few people really liked em, I was considering bringing it back.

Oh, I didn't know that's what those were called! I started up a group that did that, but we did things like transsexuals, mormons, midgets, nazis, and retards.
