Learned some hard lessons last time building this sumbitch. Made it modular where I can remove it to work on it and also set it up so I can manually toggle each switch and got them all on the same power bar. Hopefully this should make trouble shooting A/V issues a lot easier.
This is pretty much the master control switch for the whole frocking rig. I am debating adding the RCA -> HDMI and HDMI -> VGA Converter to it.

Unfortunately this design had to ultimately be scrapped. To many intermittent failures. It got replaced by a 8in1 HDMI and a 8in1 A/V box Wich is way more stable.
I'm not sure why the design fell a part all of it's individual components work fine. The only thing I could figure was it had to be some sort of voltage issue with the power supplies for the HDMI boxes and the av to HDMI converter
