Here it is, the story I've been working on, on and off for a long time, I deleted the previous upload and am re-uploading all chapters here now that I've got the whole thing done.

The wind howled across the mountain as the moon rose past its peak, illuminating an ancient manor located on a plateau near the summit. All was quiet save for the wind as the manor sat in a serene stillness, undisturbed as it had been for a length of time known only to the creaking boards that made up the structure. It seemed as though this night would be no different than those that came before it, or that would have been the case if not for the faint sound of metal striking rock, it steadily grew louder and louder till it came to a sudden stop. A hand as white as the moon above, asides from the dark hooves that tipped its fingers, reached up over the edge of the plateau, grabbing at any hand hold it could find before another hand, this one holding a metal climbing axe, reached over the edge and brought it down into the rock. The cloaked figure pulled itself up over the edge, flopping onto the relative safety of the cliff before taking it's time catching it's breath. Eventually it dragged itself onto its hands and knees before looking up and pausing as they caught sight of the manor
As they stood up one of its hand reached up, undoing the knot around the singular horn that jutted through the hood, allowing it to be blown off by the fierce wind of the mountain. The young unicorns snow white mane blew in the wind as her deep blue eyes gazed upon the imposing structure for what felt like forever, stuck somewhere between fear of what might be inside and surprise that it was actually up here, a quick blast of wind encouraged her to contemplate this after she had gotten inside. She looked back at the ledge she had just scaled, lamenting the supplies she had lost on her way up before hurrying towards a pair of ancient doors that stood at the front of the manor.
She cautiously leaned her head through the decrepit doors of the ominous structure, peering down the hallway only being able to see due to the faint moon light coming from the holes in the deteriorating ceiling. She took a deep breath and stepped through the doors; admittedly it was an improvement to the harsh winds of the mountain outside but somehow as she peered into the darkness of the corridor it offered no comfort. Her first few steps down the worn hallway were cautious and slow but gradually became less hesitant as the structure didn't immediately collapse from her intrusion. The howling winds outside and the creaking floor boards were doing nothing for her nerves which were already a hairs breath from escaping her with the stressful climb up the mountainside, it was a wonder she hadn’t passed out from fear by now. But she couldn’t go back, she had to keep going, it was either that or be doomed to a life of misery.
The thought of her objective strengthened her resolve filling her with confidence, this however was not the best time to lose caution. She took a determined step planting her hoof down with conviction causing the floor to creek violently and bow under her. She stopped dead in her tracks looking down at the decrepit floor with horror, because the manor was on the ground she hadn’t considered that there was a lower levels. She slowly took a step forward, trying to move as carefully as possible, but the floor under her gave way, she quickly grabbed for the edge of the hole just barley catching herself in time. She hoped that there was another floor below her as she slowly looked down, unfortunately while there was another floor under her it was in even worse condition than the floor she just fell through. As she tried to calm down she realized that she had two options either pull herself up or drop down and pray that the floor could hold her. She tried to pull herself up looking straight up at a hole in the ceiling above her, trying to concentrate on going up pulling herself out of the hole.
Her hand hold broke.
As she fell downwards a single gasp escaped her muzzle, everything seemed to slow down as she plummeted towards the floor below; her eyes were still fixed on the hole in the ceiling which seemed to shrink as she fell, one thought crossed her mind before she hit the floor.
“Oh Well.”
When she hit the floor it was as though she was shocked back into reality, time suddenly speeding up to make up for its brief lul. The pain from hitting the floor had barley registered by the time she hit the next floor below that, she barely had time to comprehend that she didn't stop at the first floor as she hit the third, at this point she wasn’t even sure where she was, she just knew that she was falling and that she hurt. Finally she stopped falling, hitting the final floor hard, she wasn’t sure how far or through how many floors she had fallen through but she was still looking at the hole in the ceiling now just a speck of light. Her eyes drifted to the right as she began to lose consciousness, she noticed a piece of fabric hanging from one of the holes she made, it was the cloak she had worn to protect her from the icy winds outside, it was flailing wildly, blown by a strong cross breeze on that level. A piece of it tore off and slowly drifted down towards her obscuring the light, she was barely hanging on to her last shred of consciousness when the cloth fell gently over her face. As she fell into the depths of sleep her mind drifted to what led her here in the first place.
