It starts small if the artist and writer cares. I like the start actually. If you try to get to the action stuff too fast, it makes it look rushed. Also, this gives us time to meet the characters and CARE when something happens to them.

Nice job here. There is something about your arwork I cannot put my finger on in the style. Almost like models were used to help. I like the look of it very much though.

Yeah. My cityscapes are all set up in a 3d app (Strata 3d in this case. I wish it were 3ds Max, but you work with what you can afford.), as are the figures, although I draw over them by hand in Illustrator. I output the city elements to vector, which saves me LOADS of work on the backgrounds.

I instantly like and respect this comic because the backgrounds are high-detail and 3-dimensional. It REALLY kills a comic for me if the characters are just kind'a floating in space somewhere.
