The Case begins with the Fake Velma purposely signing a deal with David Zaslaov and Warner Bros Discovery to make a terrible, bastardization and spit to the face show of Velma where she's species swapped and removes Scooby and pretty much makes pointless and unnecessary changes to the Mystery Inc gang to push an agenda by making the characters nothing like the original and real Mystery Inc gang by making them unlikeable, annoying and narcissistic jerks, and once the Fake Velma successfully signed a deal with WBD and got the terrible show to premiere on HBO Max, the Real Velma feels angered and betrayed about what has been done to her character and her friends and the fact that one of her pals is excluded from the show and demands to know the bitch responsible for creating such monstrosity until the gang head out to go solve a mystery and look for some clues to the suspect behind the trainwreck of a show that makes Velma look like an unlikeable douchebag and makes her look bad, after hours of investigating, fake Velma then disguises herself to look like the real Velma to confuse real Velma's friends and scare them to make them look bad until after many failed attempts to kill off the gang she is then trapped and caught until Velma wants to know who's behind all this sabotaging, and then it turns out the fake Velma was behind everything all along and admits to committing the crimes and is soon arrested after confessing to trying to destroy Velma's reputation and the reputation of the Mystery Inc gang with cheap, woke, stupid, unlikeable and imposter versions of themselves and they too are convicted for impersonating the gang and are suspects too. The mystery is finally solved and the gang go out to eat to celebrate and throw a party for getting the fake Mystery Inc caught and are now facing trial for impersonating the gang and for impersonation as well as attempted murder.
