This here is another villain that works for Brother Grimskull at VillainCo in my series "Heroes, Ltd." Believe it or not, Lady Hood has some history with Shannon, and she didn't always look like this. You'll see why in a little bit.

Dislikes: Shannon Leopard, people with less money than her, products made by snakeskin leather like wallets, handbags, boots, jackets, etc., down home cooking, charities, spiders, her employees asking for a raise and time off, and getting dirty

Powers & Abilities:
Lady Hood can coil her snake body around her victims, and squeeze the life out of them. Her fangs are filled with a toxic venom, which can incapacitate anyone dead in their tracks, and she can shoot her venom from her mouth at lightning speeds. She also has powers of hypnosis, which she can genetrate from her eyes, making her victims succumb to her will, and she make them do anything she wants.

Bio:
Karen Hood was born in Beverly Hills, California to Anthony Hood, a janitor at a movie theater, and his wife Rebecca, who cleaned the bathrooms at a local burger joint. Throughout her childhood, Karen was living in a low-class neighborhood while everyone else in Southern California was living wealthy lifestyles, so as she grew older, she became more resentful of her parents for not making enough money. So, after graduating from high school, she squandered their life insurance money, and used it to pay for her college education, where she studied TV networking. When she graduated, she began work at some of Hollywood's biggest TV studios, and became wealthy enough to buy her own rich lifestyle. But when asked about her family, she lied to everyone by saying that she came from a long line of Hollywood royalty, and denied any connection to her real family just to stay in the media's good graces.
However, the more famous she got, the less humane she became, and she started caring only about herself, looking down on those with less money than her. This was most evident in the way she treated her adopted daughter, Shannon Leopard, as she would treat her like a slave and berate her for not being human like her. But, in 2015, she would abuse her daughter even further when she came up with the show "D.U.M.B. Doggy," which was a show about a dumb dog who gets enlisted in the army where he does nothing but cause trouble for the other soldiers, especially Shannon. The show was widely hated by the general consensus, but Karen used German loophole methods to keep making money off it, and kept it on the air for five seasons. This eventually got the attention of Heroes, Ltd., and after finding out about all the illegal things she's been doing to keep the show on the air, they ordered it to be cancelled, and her guardianship of Shannon terminated. Unknown to them, she hired VillainCo employee Heat Stroke to deal with them, but was knocked invertedly by Shannon into a vat of irradiated cobra venom she planned to use on the show during the fight. After the heroes left, Karen mutated into a humanoid cobra, and with her reputation in shambles, she fled to VillainCo where she offered her services to Brother Grimskull.
Brother Grimskull admired how evil Karen truly was, and brought her on board as his executive in charge of shifty deals under the name Lady Hood. With her new snake abilities such as natural venom and a crushing snake body, she was quite an addition to the supervillain company. Lady Hood would eventually encounter Shannon again, who had just joined Heroes, Ltd., during a job where she and a few VillainCo employees were stealing money from a charity to give to herself, and as soon as Shannon heard her voice, she immediately knew it was her abusive guardian. The two fought with one another, but Lady Hood was able to use her hypnotic powers to put Shannon under her control, and forced her to attack her fellow heroes. Thankfully, Mr. Arcade was able to snap her out of it, and Shannon was able to stand up to her former abuser again. After Heroes, Ltd. returned the stolen money to the charity, Lady Hood was arrested, but she escaped, and returned to VillainCo where she continues to plot against her former daughter one day.

Strengths:
-Very clever when it comes to making money and swindling people
-Mutation has given her revitalized strength, stamina, and agility
-Very quick whenever she strikes with her venomous bite
-Good at getting people to do what she wants, with and without her hypnosis powers
-Has plenty of connections due to her wealth
-Reptile hide is hard to penetrate
-Can use the color of her skin to blend in with her surroundings

Weaknesses:
-Very bigoted when it comes to people poorer than her
-Often relies on her hypnosis powers too much to get what she wants
-Doesn't know that many martial arts styles
-Very racist
-Incredibly rude to everyone, even her own VillainCo employees
-Her own greed has gotten her in hot water a couple of times
-Hatred for Shannon has clouded her common sense, making her crazy
