This is another fan made supervillain from my past that I've resurrected for "Heroes, Ltd.," Short Circuit. Just like with Fiddler Crab, I've created Short Circuit back in 8th grade, however, I envisioned with all sorts of kooky wiring all over his body, and I envisioned him being played by Brad Pitt of all people. Now, I've reinvented him, but I kept him as a human, and I've made his costume look more functional but still housing some electrical currents in it. He still kinda looks like Brad Pitt, though.
Name: Brendon Harrington VI
Date of birth: September 15, 1987
Species: Human
Age: 35
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 178 lbs.
Occupation: Energy company heir, former electrician, VillainCo employee
Affiliation(s): VillainCo
Likes: Controlling electricity, money, living in luxury, zapping people with his electricity (his favorite victims are women his age), chocolate eclairs, diet soda, working alongside his fellow VillainCo employees, purebred dogs, soccer, and charging people lots of money for his company's services
Dislikes: Losing money, getting soaked in water (it causes him to short circuit), Princess Tech (although he likes messing with her gadgets), organic food, being forced to do heavy labor (despite the fact that he used to work as an electrician), anything made of rubber, and horse meat

Short Circuit has electrokinesis, meaning he has power over electricity. He can fire bolts of electricity from his fingertips, build up electricity in his fists to create thunder punches, and can coat himself in electricity to protect himself or to attack his foes with an electric tackle. He can even travel through electrical currents, and can use his electricity to override anything electrical, rendering it useless.

Bio:
Brendon Harrington VI is a sixth-generation heir to the energy company known as EnerLectric, which is the largest supplier of energy efficient electrical appliances in the United States of America. At a very young age, Brendan was shown to be highly intelligent when it came to electricity, engineering, and energy, and thanks to his father, Brendon Harrington V, he was taught everything he knew about the subject matter. However, even though that Brendan was very intelligent and was capable of running the family business when he's ready to take over the company, he was very spoiled given his very wealthy lifestyle. He would often squander the family fortune on expensive cars, valuable pieces of jewelry, and the finest foods and wines he can get his hands on. He basically spent his money on the most expensive things in life, which was leaving a huge dent in his parents' wallets. They eventually had enough of him being spoiled, and decided to have him be hired by their own company as an electrician to teach him that if you want something, you gotta work for it.
Brendon really resented this, as he believed that working hard for things is just for the lower class, but he was proven to be a very efficient worker for EnerLectric. Slowly but surely, he began to work his way up through the company's ranks, and his parents started to believe that he was maturing enough to run the company when he's ready. But one day, he went out on a job to install some electrical transformers in a Florida suburb, and while he was installing the last one for the day, the fuse in it broke, and it electrocuted Brendon. After falling from the pole and onto the sidewalk, he was taken to a hospital, where it was revealed that the transformers EnerLectric made were a new experimental transformer that they designed, so there really was no telling what kind of effects it would have on him. When Brendon left the hospital, he discovered that he had gained the ability to control electricity, allowing him to travel through electrical currents, override electrical devices, and can shoot electricity from his own hands. After this realization, he saw a golden opportunity.
Instead of using this new gift to pursue a more noble cause, Brendon turned to a life of crime by using his powers to rob banks, jewelry stores, and art galleries just to feed his own spoiled, money-grubbing nature. After using his engineering knowledge to create a new suit to harness his powers, Brendon began his crime spree under the alter ego of "Short Circuit," and became a well-known and feared supervillain throughout the state of Florida. Anyone who tried to get in his way was certain to get zapped by his electric powers. His criminal activities caught the attention of Brother Grimskull and the rest of VillainCo, so he approached him with an offer to come for the company. At first, Short Circuit declined seeing how it reminded him of how his parents made him work for a living, but when Brother Grimskull mentioned that he'll pay him double what his family's company did, he accepted. Since then, Short Circuit became part of VillainCo, and he decided to use his inheritance of his family's fortune to back most of VillainCo's crimes and missions.
During his time at VillainCo, Short Circuit would encounter various superheroes that worked for Heroes, Ltd. But one hero that really got under his skin was Kid Nuclear, as he encountered him when he and a couple of other VillainCo villains were planning to wreck his dad's diner because Brother Grimskull didn't like the cherry pies he served. So, as they were about to wreck the place up, Kid Nuclear and a few other Heroes, Ltd. heroes arrived to stop them, and he battled with Kid Nuclear. He countered his nuclear energy with his own electricity, and he proved to be quite a challenge towards the young hero. However, Kid Nuclear was full of surprises, and when he jumped to avoid his electrical attack, he realized that he could fly, which really threw Short Circuit for a loop. He tried to zap him out of the sky, but he couldn't get a good shot on him, and Kid Nuclear defeated him by blasting him with a blast of nuclear energy from his visor. After being thwarted, Short Circuit and the other villains were arrested, but they managed to escape thanks to Short Circuit's powers. Since then, Short Circuit vowed to get even with Kid Nuclear one day, as well as show him that his electrical energy is superior to his nuclear power.
