This is a character that has been in my subconscious for many years: a purple creature with a single eye wearing a black letterman's jacket. So, when I came up with "Heroes, Ltd.," I decided to bring this character to life, and after looking at the Yu-Gi-Oh monster Big Eye, I decided to give him extra eyes all over his body. And since he looked pretty alien in design, I've decided to make him an alien that escaped from Area 51. So, here is Optic Nick, an alien who has picked up the mentality of gangsters, believing that's how humans on Earth act.
Name: Most likely too hard to pronounce given his alien language
Date of birth: Unknown
Species: Alien from the Planet Ayesaur
Age: Unknown
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 183 lbs.
Occupation: Escaped alien specimen, VillainCo employee
Affiliation(s): VillainCo
Likes: Picking fights with humans, motorcycles, sunny days, learning from his fellow VillainCo employees, robbing banks, pies (apple, pumpkin, and cherry are his favorite flavors), root beer, exploring Earth, spraying graffiti everywhere, pop music, and eye-care products
Dislikes: Being mistreated at Area 51, being in dark places (as he can't see in anything in the dark), Motor Max (he thinks he's from a rival biker gang), any foods that make him gassy like beans, getting dust in his many eyes, having his vision obstructed, his bike breaking down, and chihuahuas (he thinks they're rats)
Powers & Abilities:
Optic Nick's eyes can allow him to see through solid objects to see what's behind them, which helps with robbing banks and valuable treasures. His eyes can also shoot lasers at his foes, and a glare from them could freeze his enemies in place completely. Given his biker mentality, he's a skilled brawler, and can hold his own in a fist fight easily.

Bio:
Many many lightyears from Earth's solar system in a far-off galaxy, there lies a planet known as Ayesaur, where all the inhabitants have eyes all over their bodies. The eyes on these alien creatures, known as Ayesaurians, allow them to see things no one else can. They can see things behind them and through solid objects, and they have a special gaze that allows them to freeze their prey in place. However, one Ayesaurian wanted to dig deeper into his species' special eyes, and after many years of training and research, he discovered a new power that was hidden within their eyes for a very long time: the ability to shoot lasers at things. Unfortunately, rather than share his discovery with his fellow aliens, he decided to use this newly discovered ability to commit crimes and cause trouble for everyone. After committing a couple of crimes, the planet's authorities captured him, and the planet's emperor had him banished to Earth for his misdemeanors. So, he was put in a saucer-shaped vehicle, and was sent spiraling through lightspeed towards Earth. He crash-landed in New Mexico where he was discovered by scientists from Area 51, and he was sent there to have various tests run on him to see what kind of alien he was.
Despite learning much about Earth while in Area 51, as well as learning the English language, the alien criminal was treated horribly by the scientists. They often performed insane amounts of surgery on him, as well as tremendous amounts of shock therapy. He was even forbidden to interact with his fellow aliens out of fear that they might come together to plan a full-scale invasion of Earth. Things were miserable for him until the big Area 51 raid in 2019, where a bunch of nerds stormed the place to see if they really were keeping aliens under wraps. Seeing this as his big chance to escape, the alien managed to flee from Area 51, and managed to hide out in a biker bar near Alburquerque. It was there that started studying the mannerisms of the bikers in the bar, and believing that was how Earthlings acted, decided to copy them. After staying there for a while, he hijacked one of the bikers' motorcycles, and rode into the city to pick fights with anyone he could find.
While in Alburquerque, he continued his criminal endeavors, and would use his species' eye abilities as well as his newly acquired biker thug mindset to cause all sorts of trouble. The authorities were baffled by what he is, and they were unable to figure out how to properly apprehend him, making him a pretty tough criminal to stop. This criminal activity got the attention of VillainCo, and Brother Grimskull and his henchmen went to Alburquerque to try and find him. Once they did find him, he thought they were going to pick a fight with him, and he tried to freeze them with his special gaze. Brother Grimskull cast a spell to cancel out the effects, so he tried to blast him with his eye lasers, but he managed to redirect it away from him. And after being bested in combat by Brother Grimskull, the alien submitted to him, and he offered him a position at VillainCo so he can commit all the crimes he wants. He accepted, and was brought to the VillainCo building in Orlando, Florida for more training. He was then given a black letterman jacket and a pair of blue jeans by Ghost Gal, and was given the name Optic Nick by her. Since then, Nick became a very loyal to VillainCo, and he even shared his alien technology with them in hopes of giving them an edge over their main competitor, Heroes, Ltd.
Optic Nick committed various crimes for VillainCo, but one day, he encountered someone from Heroes, Ltd., by the name of Motor Max. Motor Max was a hero with parts of a motorcycle in place of his legs, and when Nick saw him, he remembered encountering him numerous times back in Alburquerque, as he believed he was a member of a rival biker gang. So, he went over to Heroes, Ltd. to look for Max so he can pick a fight with him, and when he got there, he saw that he was joined by other heroes working for the company. He then decided to fight with all of them, and he blasted his eye lasers at them all, causing some real damage to the building's lobby. Luckily, Motor Max was able to defeat him, and he was finally arrested by the authorities who realized he escaped from Area 51. Shortly after, however, Nick was busted out by a couple of Brother Grimskull's henchmen, and upon returning to VillainCo, he started training harder to get back at Max and all the other heroes at Heroes, Ltd. for being "bad Earthlings" as he put it.
Strengths:
-His many eyes allow him to see in all directions, as well as see through solid objects
-Highly skilled brawler, and his punches can do some serious damage
-His species' body temperature is 5,000 degrees, allowing him to survive even the coldest of temperatures
-Very loyal to VillainCo, willing to do whatever Brother Grimskull says at the drop of a hat
-Very fast learner when it comes to motorcycles, in spite of his low intelligence
-Is very durable, and can take a hit no matter how strong
-Acess to alien technology has been crucial to VillainCo
Weaknesses:
-Doesn't know much about Earth customs, which often gets him in trouble at times
-Becomes pretty weak if his eyes get obstructed in some way (i.e. getting dust in them, having them covered, gets poked in them, etc.)
-With his many eyes, he tends to get distracted very easily (usually by motorcycles and pies)
-Native alien language makes it hard for people to understand him at times
-Is very easy to trick at times given his lack of Earth knowledge
-Memories from being mistreated at Area 51 has made him pretty hostile
-Has trouble digesting gassy foods (his species doesn't have the tolerance for it)
Well, what do you think of Optic Nick?
