Stell floating next to a black hole. Since Stell is well protected agains radiation it doesn't affect him much. His cells have a high self repair mechanisms built in, as well as are highly efficient at rooting out mutated and cancerous cells. As long as he stays at certain distances from the black hole, the tidal forces won't affect him either. Micrometeoroids in orbit of it might be a problem though.
