Nice buggy the velineon equipped Bandit is pretty quick.
I run a slash too in racing myself 17.5 Roar stock Short Course. 17.5 SC or buggy is a fun class and a good place to get started in racing BTW.
If you want to run your current motor you can, some novice classes allow about anything so just check your track rules. other than that practice and have fun.
