One of my voice actresses, dear Pangolingo https://www.furaffinity.net/user/pangolingo/, actually pitched the idea of a Supersoldier with a cybernetic beak, and I loved that, but getting it to look right was a pain. But I finally think I found it~ And look, nice and flexible cyber-tongue too (and yes, she knows how to use it)~
