The goat girl is Odetta, she is an abnormally big homunculus of the companion type (homunculus are a race of caprine people of Onírica, usually 5 ft tall, created originally through alchemy as a slave race, they are now free to do as they wish, they still find fulfillment in serving or helping others, they are extremely strong physically, but are unable to cast magic. There are three variants: the servant (sheep, entire docile and unable to harm anything), the companion (goat, who are more balanced in their personalities and usually are extraordinary assistants and bodyguards), and the warrior (Ram, they are very aggressive in personality and violent in general so they all end either as soldiers or some extreme or violent sports) She was originally depicted here:
