Gotcha! More Pokemon OC fanart has been caught!
This is a bit of fanart for sucreine on DA with one of their OCs, Breakr, based heavily off of the Y2K era and aesthetic. Well, more accurately it's for an art trade and I wanted to do some fanart for them since I'm surprised that they like my content.
I've actually finished this far earlier than now, but I just simply procrastinated uploading this since I wanted to upload the timelapse, but I ended up giving up on that (plus I didn't see she had an updated reference until now so... oops).
