In times past, I would putter around with afterlife versions of Roland Redpelt. Since all his power out there would come from being a reborn child of God, I was free to dress him up in gleaming garments of white and metallic gold, symbolic of purity. And I gave him a special cape that would obediently move around any way he wanted just like an extra pair of arms. Or even wings.
But while we're on the subject of wings, what would happen if he wound up in the Heaven of After Forever, where the angels Kyle and Cecelia live? There would be different ground rules for that ballpark. Roland would be casually dressed, but would need real wings.
I decided to give him an orange pair with white primary feathers.
