Try to negotiate first? I know it’s unlikely but outnumbered as they are I can’t see this going well for Irene and Alice combat wise, not unless these guys fall over in a stiff breeze. Failing that, does Alice have any of those flash pouches Irene gave the carriage driver? Might give a starting advantage.
