Bio: Frankie was a super serious anti-authority punk type. Who lived by a moral code that prevented him getting most jobs. Until one day he fell into a pit of deep poverty that he literally had enough. He got out and started getting into business world, going from job to job rising in the ranks and proving to himself that he had a lot more to offer the besides what he grew up believing. Frankie is super confident in his own abilities and a very strict tactitan in the workplace. So much that after walking in for an interview Mr.Helix hired him on the spot. Sense then Mr.Helix has groomed and honed Frankie's mental abilities into a near perfect copy of his own. To the point that Frankie may be the only person in the world who could actually predict what Mr.Helix may be thinking. This aspect alone is why Frankie was put in charge of the Clerks.
Durning the 40 year war, Frankie lead the clerks as safely and as secretly as nessesary to complete thier otherwise dangerouse missons. everythign from spying, information gathering. shadowing and even espionage. they had to do it all to uncover the dark secrets of their opponent and stop titan industries. without the clerks operations going according to Frankies plans, the clerks, the federation and the whole world of cyberhaven would be in a much darker place than it is now.
it was also durning this time that Frankie and Albert would hook up. get married , buy a house and raise twins Minx and Manx. to whom were born from the use of Alberts syrum.

Ability/Trait: Vorpal:This potent and feared ability allows the weapon to sever the heads of those it strikes.
Upon a roll of natural 20 (followed by a successful roll to confirm the critical hit), the weapon severs the opponent’s head (if it has one) from its body. Some creatures, such as many aberrations and all oozes, have no heads. Others, such as golems and undead creatures other than vampires, are not affected by the loss of their heads. Most other creatures, however, die when their heads are cut off. A vorpal weapon must be a slashing melee weapon. If you roll this special ability randomly for an inappropriate weapon, reroll.
Ability/Trait: Keen: This ability doubles the threat range of a weapon. Only piercing or slashing melee weapons can be keen. If you roll this special ability randomly for an inappropriate weapon, reroll. This benefit doesn’t stack with any other effects that expand the threat range of a weapon (such as the keen edge spell or the Improved Critical feat).
Ability/Trait: Countering: A countering weapon gives its wielder a +2 bonus to his combat maneuver defense against combat maneuversmade to disarm or sunder this weapon. If the attempt fails, the wielder can immediately attempt the same maneuver against the opponent without provoking attacks of opportunity. The wielder never risks dropping his weapon with a failed disarm combat maneuver when counterattacking in this manner. This ability can be used even if the attacker is not within the wielder’s reach. Countering can only be placed on melee weapons.
