Let me first say that this isn't a photo that I took.
My friend
DaiCymru captured this fine 1968 Cadillac Convertible while attending the Anthro New England Con in Boston last February.
Knowing my fondness for these big American Luxury Liners, Dai kindly shared a few pictures of it, and has graciously allowed me to post a picture of it here. I thought that this lovely Marina Blue drop-top Cadillac deserved to be displayed, and Dai agreed. Thanks again, my friend!
If you're not already familiar with
DaiCymru, I highly recommend that you visit his page and give him a friendly hello, a watch and some faves.

Bingo! That's exactly where I got the phrase "drop-top Cadillac".
I've always liked Jim Croce; he was a great songwriter whose way with detail rivalled Chuck Berry. Cars figured in a few of his songs; Bad Leroy Brown drove a Custom Continental and an Eldorado too, and there's the '57 Chevrolet that Rapid Roy drove 130 miles an hour.
