no, is water low in sodium, because my dad and my own kidney troubles. he already transplanted, my turn will be in the close future

so you cant have any sodium at all? i mean i googled 1 brand of mineral water in the uk called Evian, and it has 6mg of sodium per litre, even that is not much?

that would be the ideal but impossible. ALL have sodium, every drink and food, the only way to not incorporate any sodium is being dead XD

ah, Evian, we have it here too, is MEGA EXPENSIVE XD
Plus, Glaciar have 7 mg, so barely are difference x3

i was just using random example lol, that sucks man how much do you have a day? like a limit? do you just eat plain fruit and veg? i love milk and that would be a good source of stuff you need but that has more sodium than water

nah,don´t have a limit yet. just must be carefull. thinks as Gatorade are poison for me XD LOT of sodium XD

better safe than sorry, but i wouldnt live a bland tasting life just to prolong it, live a little and treat yourself now and then :D but this does come from someone who has a lot of salt lol
